Stars, Lights and a Miksang Café

The ginkgo trees glow, the intense yellow outshines the surroundings and spreads this intense feeling of autumn. I turn and look into the water of the river. Here it is already winter, a picture in black and white: bare branches draw powerful lines. This time in December, when the light is celebrated, I like very much: stars and lights, the sky shines in special colours. This year we had a photo course on the first Advent weekend. A particularly beautiful way to let the year end and to experience this special time before winter sensually.

If you want to fold stars after looking at the pictures, you can find the instructions here

On the other side of the turn of the year we invite you to the

Miksang Café
on 2 February from 15 to 18 o’clock
Alt-Pempelfort 2, Düsseldorf

Bring photos you’d like to show – on the USB flash drive or printed. Ask questions that are on your mind or just have a nice chitchat. We simply want to celebrate together.

The Miksang Café is open to everyone, whether you’ve been to a workshop or not – you’re welcome! Please register so that we know how many people we are prepared for.

The Café is free of charge. I am setting up a donation box for the refugee aid in Greece.

I wish you all a happy Advent and Christmas season!

      Vielen Dank dir, Corinna!
