When I saw the seascapes taken by Hiroshi Sugimoto years ago, they changed my exploration of the ocean deeply. They opened up a new sensitivity for color, dust, clarity and have been an invitation to lean into deep looking.
If you explore this vast openness, this wide and somehow empty space, there is a resonance happening deeply inside. Like the pause before a new beginning, the breath of air between two steps, an arising possibility.
