I lock my bike, turn around and see this cloud in blue, blue. My thinking is refreshingly confused. “That makes no sense!” or “The sky is behind the house.” I come back to the first surprise, reach for my little camera and take the picture exactly as my first glance fell. Moments like these are the rewards. Miksang training, lots of perception exercises create openness and in the end there is no more ‚Miksang’ anymore, just being there. The moment inscribes itself, not filtered, not steered and polished by the labyrinth of my thoughts. The photo is not important and yet – not a masterpiece, just perception – it seals the moment. Poetry is happening in everyday life.
